An 18th-century building carefully restored with respect for its heritage; the birthplace of sculptor François Jouffroy; and later the home-studio of photographer Roger Passet, who made it his intimate museum.

How do I find you?
You are right in the heart of Dijon’s old town, in the peaceful surroundings of Place Émile Zola, known for its shaded terraces. From here, all of Dijon is within easy reach, and the train station is just a 10-minute walk away.
Where can I park?
If you are arriving by car, we recommend Condorcet car park. For vehicles over 1.90 m high, choose Monge car park. These public covered car parks are monitored, paid, equipped with electric charging points, and located less than 300 metres from your apartment.
Is there a reception desk?
You can find us from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, in the boutique located at the foot of your apartment building. We are also available by phone at all times.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You may check in with a personal welcome from Tuesday to Saturday, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Outside these hours, self check-in is available via access code.
Check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest. A late check-out until 2:00 pm may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
If I arrive late, can I have something to eat on site?
On request, you may find a charcuterie and cheese board, along with a bottle of Burgundy wine or Champagne, waiting for you in your apartment upon arrival. Please contact us for details.
Is breakfast available?
On request, breakfast can be delivered to your apartment between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. Please contact us for details.
Can I buy wine nearby?
Yes — and even on site, in our boutique located just below your apartment. We offer a wide selection of wines from Burgundy and beyond, at all price points, with preferential rates for our guests. For a fully immersive experience, you can also enjoy a private tasting in our cellar or boutique. Please contact us for details.
Are other services available on request?
Yes — including luggage storage, baby equipment, daily housekeeping with fresh bed linen, romantic welcome arrangements (rose petals, flowers, a bottle of Burgundy wine or Champagne), and an e-bike charging point. Please contact us for details.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome and we are happy to accommodate them, provided they remain under your supervision in the apartment.
